Day is off (sometimes)

    Hello,

    We are having an odd issue when using the Timetable events widget. On Tuesdays and Thursdays around 6pm (the site is set to Mountain time) it all of a sudden starts showing events for the following day. It may happen at other times but I have definitely seen it those days/times more than once over the last couple of weeks.

    I thought maybe it was a server issue but I am seeing the same thing on my dev site which is on a completely different server and host.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @maxms,
    Thank you for your question however it is rather difficult to get what is exactly wrong there at your installation. Could you say what exactly events/timeslots take part in wrong time?

    If you look at the home page, the “Upcoming Events” on the bottom right, using the upcoming widget, currently show the correct events for Tuesday. If you look this evening around 6 (if it is still the same) it will show events for Wednesday. Time will be correct but the day will be off.

    I’ll try to remember to look and remind you but I’m on vacation. 😉

    Hi Motopress. If you look at the site right now (Thursday evening) you will see that the site is showing tomorrow’s upcoming events. It does this only on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

    Hi again. Any thoughts on this issue? I see another error with the day of the week in the actual schedule. An event that is definitely set for Wednesday is showing up on Friday.

    I know this is a free plugin so I would pay for premium support if I knew you would actually address this issue. (Even though the days being correct does seem like a pretty important function to have working in a timetable plugin.)

    Please help. This is an integral part of our website. I can dm you the login if you need to get into the admin.

    I can create a user for you if you want to go in and look at anything. As mentioned before it is happening on both the live server and my dev server. I also disabled all other plugins and it was still happening.

    Yes, I re-checked this. They are all created using the “Day” radio button and the corresponding day in the drop down menu.
