I just transferred a site from one server to another – something I’ve done dozens of times.

This time, however, I cannot access the dashboard. I get the “you do not have sufficient permission to access this page” error.

After reading several threads, I looked through my wp_usermeta for admin permissions and capabilities and all that… and those tables do not exist. I attached a screenshot of what I see for the structure and another for what I see when I click BROWSE.

In the wp_users table, I had to add my admin name, password (MD5), user-ID and all that. I am at a loss now. I’ve never had this issue, so I’m a little stuck in trying to fix it.

Site: lofasofaquebec.com (removed caching and security plugins). I can see my admin face up at the top on the front end, but I can’t access the dashboard or profile.

AND the site (front end) appears, but every page is 404 – not found.

I’ve changed the site address and home options in phpmyadmin, and even reset the password using the “forgot password” option at sign-in. Things ARE connected, but…not connecting.
