Deactivate browser tab notifications

    When users have an unread message, the browser tab flashes back and forth between the name of the page and the notification. This is super distracting, but I can’t seem to find a way to disable it!

    Hello there!

    You can turn off the widget sounds which, as a result, will turn off the browser tab notification as well.

    To do that, please head to the Settings > Channels > Live Chat > Appearance section and scroll down a bit. The “Enable Widget Sounds” toggle should be there 🙂
