Deactivate issue

    Hi there,

    I have an issue to deactivate the NextGen plugin.
    There is this message coming and there is no way to move further:

    Error thrown
    Undefined constant ShortPixel\Controller\AdminNoticesController::MSG_INTEGRATION_NGGALLERY

    Anybody have an idea what should I do?
    I contacted ShortPixel and they told me everything is fine with my settings on their plugin.

    Hi @decouverte,

    This appears to be a longstanding case that’s on ShortPixel side because they have an integration with NextGen and they may need to add an additional check if NextGen is active before they use that constant.

    As a workaround, you can temporarily deactivate Shortpixel plugin first and only then deactivate NextGen.
