Deactivate Plugin

Hi, I need help in deactivating wp social login, for some reason there is no plugin for wp social login to deactivate so I went to the support page found the plugin reinstalled the plugin successfully but it won’t activate, it says fatal error.

I am trying to disable, deactivate, removed, uninstall this plugin or even hide in css, can anyone help me achieve this?
