Deactivate the Plugin to Fix errors/compatibility with Theme/Builder

Good day, after some days working with the supplier of my Theme and Builder (Themify.me) I had to deactivate your plugin (both plugin) to fix a very big problem. I try to desribe maybe could help you to find a solution or to fix it.

Post Type Builder: category, tags, taxonoimies links are disappear and instead of it just a text page.
Posts: category and tags disappear and appear the text page.

Imagine more than 1000 links broken. I had to deactivate your plugin immedialty.
In the main site, the official site is deactivate but if like I can give you the access to the stage stie so you can see what happened, just let me know.
