Deactivated and deleted plugin, now can't create/edit posts

    I was using this plugin on the root domain of our wordpress multisite install. Upon deactivating and deleting the plugin, we are no longer able to create or edit posts. Instead we get the white screen of death. We also get this when we try to create or edit pages.

    Any tips on how to fix this issue?
