Deactivated plugin, but form still pops up

    Hello! I’m redoing how I get blog subscribers and I deactivated the plugin. However, the form is still popping up with the code on all the pages. Can anyone help resolve this or may know the problem?

    Hey @sojournies,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The pop-up was created using our other plugin “BoxZilla”. So in your WordPress admin, please click on the BoxZilla menu and then delete the pop-up which you had created to include the subscription form.
