Deactivate+Delete the plugin leftovers

I uninstalled the plugin but my contact form 7 submit button still calls hCaptcha.

I re-installed the plugin, unchecked the ‘Enable hCaptcha on Login Form’ and removed the plugin again. Still there’s a call to hCaptach that eventually blocks the submit button.

VM15:1 Refused to connect to ‘https://www.loginn.biz/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/1055/feedback’ because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “connect-src https://assets.hcaptcha.com/captcha/v1/0686118/static/i18n/iw.json”.

How do I manually remove this call from Contact form 7 Integration?
