Deactivating parent page

Hi everyone,

probably very easy to do but: How do we deactivate a “parent” page?

What I mean is: let’s say I have the parent page WORK, then I have 2 child pages (TV and FILM).

So when in the web site, I would like the parent page (WORK) to still make the “mouse over” action, but prevent the user to be able to click on it and go on this “WORK” page, which basically will have nothing because the point is to choose between 2 page choices under WORK.
