Deactivating Payment Method can disable WooCommerce

I recently discovered that I could “deactivate” payment methods. I thought this would help me clean up the Payment Methods screen (some plugins add many of these). But I quickly discovered this action deactivates the associated plugin! And if you deactivate a payment method built into WC, it deactivates WC.

I suggest the deactivate feature at the very least needs an update to indicate the plugin it is going to disable. And in the case of the WC built-in payment methods, the deactivate option should not be available.
