Deactivating Plugin Erases Content In Elementor Template

    Hi,

    I was troubleshooting some plugin conflicts and deactivated CoDesigner. I when re-activated it the filter and product archive widgets I had set up on my shop page were missing. How do I prevent that from happening again?

    Thank you for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with the CoDesigner plugin.

    I’d like to let you know that your data or all the products are securely preserved but they are not showing on the site after the plugin activation because they need to be enabled again. After enabling your required widgets, the content would show again.

    You just have to enable all the required widgets of CoDesigner from the “Site Dashboard >> CoDesigner >> Widgets” tab and then have to save the settings. Please see the attachment: https://nimb.ws/vfF7IjB

    Hi, Thank you! Got it. I will definitely check this next time should I have to deactivate the plugin.
