Deactivating Plugin Loses ShortCode, etc?

    I am having problems with my editing tabs – Visual or Text but not both being active at the same time (I click on the tabs but they don’t switch to Visual or to Text editor) – and I want to disable your plugin to see whether the issue is related…
    I just don’t want to lose all of my work (the various popups I set up) if I deactivate your plugin.

    Shortcodes wont work after deactivation of the plugin (this is normal behavior), but your data will stay until you decide to uninstall the plugin.
