    I’ve been having some issues with the plugin and I haven’t received any support. I am unable to edit my website due to the plugin currently.

    I’m wondering whether I can deactivate the plugin to edit my website, and then reactivate it again, until I can find a solution to my issue. Will this work, or will deactivating it delete all the information stored on there, such as my current subscribers?
    And if I were to deactivate and delete the plugin, and reinstall it and remake it, would the current subscribers have to sign up again?

    Hello,

    As you have opened a ticket (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/logged-out-of-armember-account/) and there you have lost the admin access therefore you unable to access the page. But if you deactivate the ARMember plugin from the admin panel -> Plugins page and after that you can check your other issue. But for that, you need to have plugins page permission.

    Also, only deactivate the ARMember plugin will not remove all the subscriber data.
    If you uninstall and re-install the ARMember plugin then subscriber membership plan data will be removed.

    So, I recommend you to check by just temporary deactivate the plugin.
