    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

I checked it and my Chrome browser loads images in jpeg format. When disabling the plugin, it disables showing WebP files, and deletes them when uninstalling.

Yes sorry, it was a cache problem
Your plugin is the best, but webp do not show on iphone/ipad…..
Can you make it that on IOS does not serve the webp format?

Unfortunately you can’t do it. Safari and iOS do not support the WebP format.

Unfortunately, they don’t follow the trends that users lose. Safari has an alternative JPEG2000 format, but it has not gained popularity so far and does not give such results as WebP.

That’s how my plugin works. Where you can give WebP, on other JPEGs.

This does the .htaccess file. If this does not work for you, it means that you have some server on the server, which means that not every query goes through the .htaccess file. Please consult with your Administrator.

If you have time can you explain? because i couldn’t find that setting…

Trying to upload a picture in JPEG format your server should read the .htaccess file. Whenever. And he is responsible for converting the JPEG file to WebP.

If you always load WebP or JPEG, it means that you have a cache server, which means that the .htaccess file is not launched every time you enter the server.
