dealing with cache issues

Hi Kyle

When I have WP Super Cache enabled on multisite I get inconsistent behaviour with Favorites plugin: some favorites do not appear in list, and the list can be different when displayed on the same page twice. If I disable the caching the Favorites works just fine.

Can you please give a little information about best practice when using Favorites together with caching?
