Please once check in the error log our plugin. If there is “checkout form” error then please navigate to your HubSpot and delete the “checkout form” from there.

Hello @makewebbetter – I don’t see any option to check an error log. I have looked in all the menus of your plugin in my WordPress admin. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place?
Also, when I say doesn’t sync with WordPress, I should be more clear. The deals are not showing up in HubSpot. They are not syncing. And then when we move them from pending to completed from inside WordPress admin for example, they change in WordPress but not on deals page in HubSpot… and vice versa.

Please install the updated version of our plugin which is 1.0.4 and if you are already running this version at your site, then please navigate to the “Support” tab of our plugin. You will see the sixth option to download the log file of our plugin.
Also, your deals will only start syncing once all your products are synced over Hubspot. If you face any further issues, I request you to connect with us over the support at [email protected]
