    Get this error message

    Debug Events are Not Installed Correctly

    For some reason the database table was not installed correctly. Please contact plugin support team to diagnose and fix the issue.

    Hi @customgearuk

    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with our Debug Events feature.

    From your WordPress dashboard menu, please check your Tools>Site Health section for an option to fix the database tables.

    If you do not see an option to fix the database tables, then the next workaround would be to make a note of all of your WP Mail SMTP settings, then navigate to WP Mail SMTP>Settings>Misc and check the uninstall checkbox. Next, please uninstall and then re-install a fresh copy of WP Mail SMTP.

    If the Debug Events error persists, please let us know.
