I’ve used backwpup on over a dozen websites with no fail. But today I loaded it on a new website and I am greeted with “Job “FULL BACKUP – DO NOT DELETE” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. Please check information.” Anyone know what the issue might be? Thank you.
