This looks like a momentary issue when we were having some brief downtime on our end with the API, and it was a request only to check on any updated lists to import. So nothing to worry about at this time.

That said, thank you for checking in with it, just in case.

Nothing new in the log that we need to worry about from what I can see, but we will need to check on the Elementor part.

You’re saying you can’t drag a widget instance into place, and you’re losing the previous one that was in place ?

Is there any chance you could do a quick video of this? We weren’t able to recreate the issue. We were able to pull a “Constant Contact Forms” Elementor widget onto a page and have it render out, without issue.

What version of Elementor are you using, and are you potentially also using Elementor Pro? We are seeing things show up with version 3.16.2 of their free plugin.

Also just in case it somehow got deactivated, can you confirm that Constant Contact Forms is still active? I know we also had an update to the plugin released today, so we’re using 2.3.0 of our plugin as well with this confirmation.
