Debug logging

Can check this settings: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#debug-level Maybe is set to admin only.
Also on this tab there are a few filters(different logs): https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#debug-level

This are first things I would look into. If this is not successfull I would check if logs file are generated into: public_html/wp-content/litespeed/debug

are they empty there?
Can you put a screenshot with https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#log-view-tab ? please.
