    ISSUE #1

    Our site seems to show a loop when enabling debug mode. I disabled Divi Events Calendar and retested and still an issue. I have shared my system info with you.

    We have two Google Map issues. The following shows on all pages I believe…

    Google Maps JavaScript API has been loaded directly without a callback. This is not supported and can lead to race conditions and suboptimal performance. For supported loading patterns please see https://goo.gle/js-api-loading

    The second error loads directly on your page:

    You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

    While I do believe we are using our own API, we have disabled enqueuing Google Maps Script in Divi Builder to improve compatibility with third party plugins. This leads to me to believe that both map errors could be related to your plugin.

    ISSUE #1

    Based on the report, those are not errors, just an initialization log, which is pretty normal. If this option is enabled on WP > Events > Settings > Debug mode, kindly disable it.

    ISSUE #2

    Make sure to follow this article for API key troubleshooting: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/

    If the issue persists, there might be a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

    Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything. 

    To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

    2. WordPress
    3. The Events Calendar
    4. Theme and Version
