Debug Notice not disappearing.

Hi, first of all, amazing plugin, i use it on all new installs. I’ve being running into an issue lately where, once i launch a site to Prod, i still see a debug message, like the site is under development. This is the message i see on Prod sites.

Debug mode is disabled. It seems that this site is under development so, you might consider turning it on. (more info).

I found no way to turn this off without modifying the plugin itself.

Is there an easy fix, or can this be fixed in the next release.
