debug.txt location custom.

It will be nice to keep the debug.txt location other than where the plugin itself is. The permissions setup on our server is so that plugins directory cannot be written by the uid of the apache process, we use ftp/sftp to install the plugins. So the debug.txt going to the same folder as the plugin seems less sensible in my situation.

Consider making the debug.txt location customizable.
