• There’s lots to like about this plugin but it feels like it’s still in beta. For example, shortcodes don’t work with page builders. They say there’s a workaround with priority, but there’s zero documentation on this! Even if you pay nearly $300 there’s still no acceptable workaround. $300 is, to be frank, a joke. It’s worth $50, at best.

Restricting through the included page builder wrapper is another workaround, but poorly implemented. For a start, to get access to the ability to create a login button to see restricted content you have to, of course, pay $300. A workaround for this is to use shortcodes to explain the situation to the visitor. The trouble here is that the shortcode render doesn’t disappear on login, which is complete amatuer hour.

Content can be restricted at the top level from edit page, but it has literally zero control and restricts all content, not partial. It also restricts it from admins which is… another joke, right? It’s like they haven’t even used their own product. A workaround for this is to… pay $300, which grants you the ability to give admins access to restricted content… for a limited time. I literally burst out laughing at this point and immediately filed for a refund.

The plugin has excellent potential, but anything above the free version is just not worth the bother as you basically get nothing of any importance in the paid version.
