Decent Plugin, No Support

Thanks for that feedback Marty! We’ve since removed that helpdesk option and are encouraging people to utilize this forum until the new site is up. Our latest version is a drastic improvement. Our goal is to provide a solution that’s largely self-managed and doesn’t require an account manager or ongoing support.
