    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue.

I’ve tried to replicate this on my end, but everything appears to be displaying correctly — the decimal separator shows as expected.

Could you please confirm if you have multiple currencies enabled on your site?
Also, to help us look into this further, please share your System Status Report, which you can find under WooCommerce → Status.

You can copy the report and paste it to https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/, then share the link here.

Once we have that information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the system status report. I can see that you have set AED as the default currency.

In this case, this is actually the expected behavior — the currency formatting settings under WooCommerce > Settings > General only apply to your store’s default currency. In multi-currency setups, we refer to this as the “Store currency.”

The currencies added under multi-currency are formatted based on their respective currency standards or the customer’s locale, ensuring that prices appear in a format consistent with what customers expect for that currency.

To display a dot as the decimal separator, please set EUR (Euro) as the default currency under WooCommerce > Settings > General, and then check if that works for you.

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq ,

So It just came to my attention that most europeans countries are using comma as a decimal separator & maybe that’s why I am seeing a comma as decimal separator when currency is euros.

However , I am confused why woopayment is assigning me(when I am logged in as admin ) euros currency even though I am located in UAE.

I think once it knows that I am located in UAE , it would display period as decimal separator in payments dashboard

    Hi there!

To assist you better, could you please confirm which country/state you’ve set for your store under WooCommerce > Settings > General? Also, what do you have set for the Customer default location option?

Could you please try changing the store country/state temporarily and see if that resolves the issue?

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq

I have store location selected as UAE & Customer default location option as Shop country/region. View image here

I tried changing them , but no luck – the issue persists

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq ,

I am eagerly awaiting your response as I am looking forward to make my website live , one thing I am finding difficult to understand is that why does it show EURO’s for me when I am logged in as admin and located in UAE

    Hi there!

Regarding your question about why you’re seeing prices in EUR instead of AED — I visited your site and can see that prices are displaying in AED on my end.

To help us investigate further, could you please try accessing your site while logged out and check if the prices still appear in EUR? Also, please confirm if you’re using a VPN, as it may affect how the currency is displayed.

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq ,

I disabled Multi Currency as it seems to be creating more problems than favor.
I am not using any VPN.

And yes , while being looged out there was no  seeing prices in EUR instead of AED issue. That issue is only when logged in + multi currency enabled

    Hi there!

Thank you for the update. I was able to identify what’s causing the issue. Could you please go to My Account → Account Details and make sure that the default currency is set to AED?

It seems the default currency is set to Euro for your account, which is why you’re seeing a comma as the separator and the Euro currency on the site when logged in as an admin.

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq ,

Unfortunately I am unable to see the default currency option in Account Details in My Account Page

    Hi there!

The default currency settings only appear if the multicurrency option is enabled and you have added at least one currency other than the default store currency (AED) under WooCommerce → Settings → Multicurrency.

Could you please make sure that multicurrency is enabled and that multiple currencies have been set?
