    Hi,
I’m updating my website right now, and didn’t realize I hadn’t declared woocommerce in my functions file. But when I do, it breaks my page, as in, the header and everything just disappear. But when I remove the declaration, everything is fine (as I’ve left it right now).

I have a lot of custom fields (through ACF) to set up this ticketing/event website. So I’m not sure if that’s causing the issue with latest woo updates? I tried checking out the new javascript admin for instance, and everything went completely wonky.

The site seems to be working fine with declaring woocommerce. I only have one custom template page in my theme. But I’m curious why this is happening when I try to make sure everything’s set up properly.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

This should be something that your theme provider can assist with. Please reach out to your theme provider for more support, as you are correct – declaring WooCommerce should be fine, but if there is something overriding it in the theme they would be able to pinpoint it and help.
