    Hi,

    I don’t understand how to decline a reservation: is it “cancel” or “closed”? I mean, what is between those two options the good choice to do in order to send the good notification to the customer (the rejected email notification) ?

    Hi Evo,

    To decline a reservation, you should select “Closed.” This status indicates that the restaurant is unable to accommodate the booking, and the customer will receive a rejection email.

    Meanwhile, “Cancelled” is used when the customer cancels their own reservation.
