decrease number of URL and Plugin tried to delete file XML then do nothing.

Yesterday it’s still ok but when I go to google webmaster tools to check(I did update), the number of URL decrease while I add some new posts and when I logined, trying to figure out what happened, Plugin notified me there had been an old file and recommended me to delete it, I used the automatical delete function right at the end of notification and after delete that old file, it did nothing but said this:
The URL to your sitemap index file is: http://turnthingson.com/sitemap.xml.
Google was successfully notified about changes.
Bing was successfully notified about changes.But when I check that file, there is nothing there, 404 eror.
Please help me.
