Decrease size of my upper margins!

Hey guys,

I’m desperately looking for a little assitance with putting the final touches to my website. I want to find a way that I can reduce the size of the gaps between the header and posts on the “recent articles” and “contact” section of my website. I’ve emailed the theme support but they’ve taken nearly a week to reply. If anyone here knows how I can do this quickly and easily I’d be extremely greatful!

I’m running the Andy Parker wordpress theme. Also if you know how I can increase the size of the “reporter and photographer” text under the main title slightly that’d be amazing if you could help!
