Decrease space in Layout Builder

Within the Layout Builder widget, when you edit a row, click the Layout tab on the right and try setting the Bottom Margin value as required.

Is your theme perhaps adding widget spacing? Go to Settings > Page Builder > Widgets and disable Add Widget Class.
