    I’m developing a matchmaking site. I’d have loved to use Rencontre, however, I notice too many complications here, and too many unresolved support questions / unanswered questions.

    Any dedicated support service you recommend to help me wade through?

    If they do, that’s not a conversation for this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    By the way, is there a refund policy if I get the premium and am unable to use it to my satisfaction? (Asking, because I could not find that).
