Deeplink Juggernaut and custom fields

My website design requires 3 separated content areas on the article page. So I’ve created a custom post type “articles” with 3 different custom fields (using ACF plugin).

Is it possible to make Deeplink Juggernaut to work with this kind of setup?

Now it works fine linking keywords in blog (default wp post type) to “articles” posts, but does not link keyword in “articles” custom fields, which I use for article content.
