Default Autoplay setting issue

    When ever a change is made, in Autoplay settings the option for “pause on hover”, keeps resetting to “Enable”, regardless of the current setting. This is undesirable for our use and catches me out time and again.
    ◾Hosting environment – Don’t know
    ◾WordPress Version – 4.9.8–en_GB
    ◾PHP Version – Don’t know
    ◾Active Theme – Generate Press
