    yes it is. You’ll find some answers in the FAQ and documentation. You need to use one of the pre-form loading hooks which are available in the Actions & Filters metabox helper on your post mapping edit page itself. The hooks are self-explanatory when you copy one of them and paste in your functions.php file.
