Hello @zeev123,
A few questions:
1) Could you try deactivating the plugin and reactivating it again?
2) What version are you using?
3) Can you find an error log in the wp-content folder or in the wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager folder?
4) Can you check if you have a “taxonomy.en-US.txt” file in the wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager/includes/application/google folder?
Best regards,
Michel
Hi
How can I send you the files that you asked for?
I am using the latest version.
I tried deactivating it and still not working:
Regards
I don’t need the taxonomy file, just tell me if it’s there. If you have any error log files, please mail them to [email protected]
Best regards,
Michel
Hello @zeev123,
It looks as if there is a memory issue. The error.log file contains this message: “exhausted (tried to allocate 441508 bytes) in file /home/otentxev/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager/includes/data/class-file.php on line 57”
On that line 57 the file that contains the categories is loaded, so that explains why you’re not getting these categories.
Could you mail me your System Report? You can get that document from your WooCommerce -> Status page by pressing the “Get system report” button top left.
Best regards,
Michel
Hi @zeev123,
I would like to look further into your issue, but I do need your System Report for that. Could you please send that report to [email protected]?
Best regards,
Michel
