I have used the checkbox options with price and added default checked option. But i am facing issue with its price default checked option does not apply its price. Please help me in this issue and let me know ASAP

Please check on this link http://value-in.com/ibtikerwoo/product/cleaning-business-card-letterhead-template-%d9%86%d8%b3%d8%ae%d8%a9-%d9%86%d8%b3%d8%ae%d8%a9/ here i have given two options with checkboxes and its original price is $39 but $20 & $10 has to added for this options but its not working on default setup its shows $39 price add to cart with only $39 but with these options checked but its price is not adding with original price. BUT if i uncheck and then checked again then its working fine. Please let me know whats the issue
