    Hello Guys,

today is the first time a problem has occurred on my site. Suddenly all fonts and colors are reset to the ocean wp default settings when you visit my site as a guest. If you are logged in, everything is displayed as set (Font Robot and Color Orange) and everything is correct in the customizer.

However, the standard Oceanwp font and color (blue) is displayed to the normal user. Is this a known problem or is there a solution?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @limette,

Just visited your website (as a guest, obviously), and was unable to replicate the issue because all your colors and fonts are showing.

There is no reason, nor there are any settings, to display this kind of content differently to logged in and guest users.

However, you could try clearing your website/cloud/browser cache, and you could also go to Elementor > Tools and Regenerate CSS > Regenerate Files, but the issue was most likely temporary and hosting related.

Let us know if you are still experiencing any of the issues described

    Hey Marko,

i found the problem. Thats why. It was the caching plugin that made the problems.

    Hello @limette,

Really glad to hear you were able to identify the culprit.

Would you be so kind and mark this topic as resolved?

    Thank you

I’m experiencing a similar issue – around the last update of the theme I started having issues with the colors of the hyperlinks and H1 elements. Sometimes the blog seems fine and then I check again through other browsers and the links and headings are the default theme colors. It’s been impossible for me to identify what causes the change – why at certain times the blog posts are formatted perfectly and other times not.

    Hello @busysloth,

If you’re experiencing issues throughout different browsers, go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS and then clear your website/cloud/browser cache if any.

    Hope this helps
