Default Description question

Hey according to the plugin “SFC will automatically create descriptions for single post pages based on the excerpt of the content. For other pages, you can put in a default description here.”

Is it possible to make the plugin always write what’s in that box? Instead of giving priority to the content excerpt? Thanks!
