• Hello, We added the DIVI editor on WordPress, all was fine, we could also use the default editor (not the classic editor), then we had some problems editing with Divi, and to fix them we restored all Divi settings to default. Now we can not access the default editor so we can not edit a few of the sections on the page..

  • What version of WordPress are you running? What happens if you Edit page? Do you get a white screen? An error message? Anything else?

WordPress 5.4.4, I have no idea what happened, it all started when I restored DIVI settings.. Here is what I see:

And after I click edit, I see this, no place to edit through the default editor:

    Before it was like this:

Hard to tell what is going on, but having 17 updates ready to be installed, might be a good step to install them (as it’s a high number, I recommend doing them on a staging site first to test if everything works) and check if the issue(s) persist.

I installed all of the updates, still can not find the default editor…
    Any other suggestions?
Because of that, I can not add products to the page like in this video:

Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you edit a post/page/product on your site to have a better understanding of what is happening for you? You can share a screenshot using Snipboard or a similar tool …

Looking at the screenshot, it looks like you are seeing the classic editor experience. If you don’t have the Classic Editor plugin installed but you see this, you have it probably enabled under the Divi theme settings to show classic. You can find the setting under Divi > Theme Settings > Builder > Advanced > Enable Classic Editor. Disable this and you should see the block editor again.

    Hope this helps.

Yes, I see that, but before that, it was called the “default editor”. It opened up as a full screen, not like this but like in the video you can see on the upper to – return to default editor and the interface is completely different.
Classic editor is enabled now and this in the screenshots is what I seee.
