    Hello!

When I attempt to use either the send email or inline link settings, the link that is provided is a broken shortcode. Here is an example from an email, but the same issue happens with inline links:

Here is the download for[download_data id=that you requested.

I’m using the default message, so I don’t think that is an issue. Even if I try pasting the default message as a custom template the same issue occurs.

Here is an example shortcode being used on the page:

    [email-download download_id=”304″ contact_form_id=”431″]

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @markstirlingbrandworks,

Thank you for reaching out. We will look into this issue. Thank you for providing the website URL along with the EBD shortcode. Can you confirm that you are using the Download Monitor plugin and also provide the following?
    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully

You mentioned the inline link and the email delivery settings are not working. Could you try setting it to both for testing purposes?
