Default form fields do not map to mailerlite fields

I am using a sign up form created within this plugin.
The plugin adds a list of default fields where all you can do is change the names and turn them on/off.
I need a Name field and an Email field. I have done nothing except turn these two fields on in the form.
When a subscriber signs up, the data added to the Name field goes to a random custom field in the mailerlite subscriber list, rather than the default system Name field.
Your plugin gives no way to alter the mapping. You would think the default fields in the plugin would automatically map to the default system fields in the mailerlite list.
So there is a massive bug here.
Either allow the option to change the mapping for each field.
Or make sure the mapping is correct unless the field name is changed.
It’s a pretty basic plugin, and the basic functionality needed doesn’t work.
