Default Hero Video missing

Our home page uses the hero video that comes with the theme – it just works. But recently it stopped being a video and is just an image. How do we get that video back? I don’t see it as a video option in our media.

@rachelkurtz13 that’s only an image, there is no video with the same elements/colors like you see on the theme thumbnail. It is similar to the video provided above. It’s just that on the page load, the static image appears and then the video is loaded. But they are different. You can see this on the theme demo:
