Default image

Thanks for the plugin, it is fantastic.

It would be great if the settings allowed for some kind of default placeholder image that could be inserted when one cannot be found.

If you try to use this with links from Bloomberg news, for example, you’ll see that it identifies this as being a bot, and it returns no image and a title that says “Are you a bot?”

Perhaps the shortcode could take a title override so that the link will still be functional, but we can provide better titling.
