    With your splendid plug I can bulk all the articles that have no image, can I choose a pre-established image to show without bulking?

    Ok I understand. Actually no, this is not the purpose of the plugin.
    But there are some good plugins that can do what you want. For example I personally use Default featured image, which does the job.
