Default image alt text

How I can set alt text to default image?

Default image was uploaded to media library and alt text was given, but webpage sourcecode alt is blank.

Alt text is working on all other images, like you said on another topic:
“My plugin uses the WordPress standard functions to return an IMG tag with the alt attribute, set with the value as stored in the media library.”
