    Hello!

I really like this plugin. I have the free version. I created a campaign and tried to add my own image instead of the default image with the people talking around the table. It worked on the website but on my phone still showed the default image. On Safari – it made the change. I decided to remove the image completely yet the image still shows on both browsers. On Chrome the default image – on Safari my image. How do I REMOVE the default on the campaign form so that it does not show up? Ideally, I would have no problem uploading my own image but it does not take well on mobile devices. So, to be clear – I want to REMOVE the default image from showing up on both PC (it already does that) AND the phone. I have flushed the cache on my WordPress – the theme and both browsers. Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there,

What you described is always caching, which can be super stubborn to clear in all the places! 🙂

I’ve tested your donation form on my iPhone in both Chrome and Safari browser and made a (silent) screen recording of my tests here:

Please let me know if that is the correct images above the donation form.

    All the best,

    Have a great weekend! 🙂
