Default Lightbox Launching Before Envira?

    I just installed Envira Gallery and loaded up some images to play with. When I click a thumbnail, what appears to be the “default” theme (Divi) lightbox appears with my image. When I close that lightbox, the nicely-framed Envira lightbox is in the background behind that one. How to disable the default lightbox?

    Hi, @randyking!

    Thanks for writing in!

    There’s very likely a setting somewhere in Divi’s options to disable its lightbox. Offhand, I’m not sure where it is — but if you write in to us via the official support channels here or here, and send us your WP-admin login credentials, we’ll be able to hop in and get this taken care of for you ASAP.

    (Please note that we’re off for Memorial Day today, but we’ll be back on the clock tomorrow as normal!)
