On your demo page there is software product and when I open this there is default option selected – “I don’t need support”

I need that.

On plugin settings on product page there is option “Selected”
I guess that’s the option for my problem, but when I selected this notihing changed, and I dont have default selected option

Correct! Marking the option as ‘selected’ in our plugin settings should pre-select it on your website. If that’s not the case, please send me a link to the page as well as a screenshot of your backend settings for that field.
